Questions about budgets and delivery.
Campaign planning considers your licensed coverage, producer capacity and follow-up process. Management is 20% of monthly ad spend with a $600 monthly minimum. Advertising is separate. Submit your budget and capacity through the application so campaign scope can be reviewed.
The initial commitment is three months. At the minimum management fee, $1,800 is paid upfront for those three months of management. Advertising is additional. Larger-budget billing details are confirmed before engagement.
Timing depends on reviewing your campaign scope, creative and delivery setup. Your launch timing is confirmed during onboarding.
Inquiries are delivered through the agreed agency sheet or supported CRM setup so your producers can follow up. Every inquiry lands on a Google Sheet that belongs to you, filled as the inquiries come in, and if you already run a CRM you can sync that sheet straight into it and work your inquiries where your team already works. Confirm the routing and assignment process before launch.
Review your team’s capacity and advertising budget before requesting changes. Actual inquiry volume varies with campaign performance and market conditions. No fixed inquiry count or sales result is guaranteed.
