What we need to design the partnership
- Producing agents and the states they are licensed in
- Whether budgets sit centrally or with the agents
- The priority states you want to win, and why
- Whether the goal is recruiting, retention, or both
How the partnership is built
- Discovery: your goals, structure, states and operating model.
- Structure: the right campaign mix and coverage plan.
- Written scope: roles, deliverables and terms in writing.
- Launch: we launch, monitor daily and optimise from day one.
- Ongoing management: continuous optimisation and reporting.
Straight answers
Can campaigns run per agent?
Yes. Budgets can sit with individual producers or be concentrated centrally, whichever fits how your organisation operates.
Who controls campaign budgets?
Either you or your agents, depending on the model you choose. Ad spend goes into the account at cost and management is a flat 25% of that spend at every level above the minimum.
How does Medicare state exclusivity work?
We select one Medicare agency in each state, fifty partners nationwide. Exclusivity holds while the partnership is active, and an exit reopens the state to the next agency on the waitlist.
Can you support both final expense and Medicare?
Yes, and they are two different programs. Final expense is an exclusive lead program priced on ad spend and billed monthly, or weekly if you prefer. Medicare Authority is a build rather than a lead product.
Can we begin in selected states?
Yes. You choose the states, and we limit how much volume we run in a state rather than how many partners we take, so a market is never pushed past what it can absorb.
How is partnership pricing structured?
Final expense follows the published ad spend plus 25% structure. Medicare Authority is priced by the number of states, with three-state and five-state bundles and custom pricing at ten or more.
