How It Works
Both programs start the same way and then diverge sharply, because one is a campaign you switch on and the other is an asset you build. Here is the shared path, then what happens on each side.
The first three steps are the same either way.
Qualification
Final Expense needs you licensed in at least ten states and independent. Medicare Authority needs your state to still be open, since we take one agency per state.
Application
One form, everything we need in a single pass. Your details, your agency, your licensed states, the program and the budget or package you want.
Review
We read every application. If it is not a fit we say so plainly rather than leave you waiting, and we tell you why.
Live in 12 to 24 hours
- Approved applicants get payment instructions by email and text within two hours
- Zelle or Apple Pay, and that is the whole payment step
- Campaign built and live 12 to 24 hours after payment confirms
- Creative and landing page produced in-house for your campaign
- Google Sheet arrives, yours to keep, syncing into your CRM if you have one
- Leads land daily, exclusive to you, for as long as you run
- A week of budget typically runs 7 to 12 days depending on pacing
Fourteen weeks to launch
- We confirm your state is open before anything is agreed
- A conversation to scope the build, not a checkout
- Terms are 50% to start and 50% before launch
- Weeks 1 to 2, discovery and a compliance review with your FMO
- Weeks 3 to 5, the site and conversion architecture built
- Weeks 6 to 9, content, county pages and internal linking
- Weeks 10 to 14, compliance QA, launch, then the 90-day sprint
How you hear from us once you are running.
Every partner gets a Partner Desk, a single channel where campaign updates, launch confirmations and account messages land. You know the window your spend is running in, and anything that changes reaches you there rather than getting lost in a thread.
We do not send individual performance reports when a partner first comes on. What you get instead is the campaign window and notification when it moves. Reporting becomes useful once there is enough run time for it to mean something, and we would rather tell you that than produce a chart nobody can act on.
