Final Expense Marketing Programs

Final expense inquiries
worth dialing.

People looking into final expense coverage respond to our campaigns. Their information comes straight to you, exclusively, the same day. No resold lists, no bidding wars, no stale spreadsheets.

What you get

The program, plainly

100% exclusive

Each lead is generated for you and delivered to you alone. It is never shared with another agent.

Fresh and consented

Leads come from our own advertising and response funnels, from people who asked to be contacted about coverage.

Your states, your volume

You choose where you write and how many leads a month your team can actually work.

Daily delivery

Leads flow in as they are generated so your pipeline never sits empty waiting for a batch.

Where your inquiries land

Every lead lands on a Google Sheet that is yours, ready to sync into your CRM. If you would rather work leads in a platform, we can set that up during onboarding.

Real humans behind it

Questions get answered by people who understand final expense sales, not a ticket queue.

The program, end to end

How a campaign is built and delivered.

Six stages, from the states you pick to the inquiries landing on your sheet every morning.

Stage 01

Your states and your budget

You choose the states you are licensed in and the monthly budget you want to start with. The minimum is $6,000 in ad spend a month, and budgets multiply by the months you run rather than being stretched thinner. Weekly billing is available on request and we price it on a call.

A week of budget typically runs 7 to 12 days depending on how the spend paces, so a one-week budget is not always a seven-day campaign. Total volume is capped by state rather than by the number of partners, so campaigns are never pushed past what a market can absorb.

Stage 02

The advertising we build

Creative is produced in-house for your campaign. No clickbait, because it is the fastest way to burn an ad account and a reputation at once, and because someone who fills in the form should know what they inquired about when you call them.

Feed and Reels are laid out natively for each placement rather than one square cropped four ways.

Stage 03

The page behind the tap

Landing pages are purpose built and matched to the ad, so what someone taps is what they land on. The age brackets in the creative carry through into the form, which is what keeps the inquiry qualified before it ever reaches you.

Consent is documented at the point of submission, and every inquiry is consumer-initiated.

Stage 04

One lead, one agent

Every lead goes to exactly one agent. Never shared, never resold, and not sold on later. That is the whole difference between a campaign built for your agency and a list sold to twelve people in your ZIP code.

Stage 05

Daily delivery

Leads land on a Google Sheet that belongs to you, filling as they come in. That is standard on every program. Sync it straight into your CRM and work leads where your team already works, or work the sheet as it is.

If you would rather work them in a platform, we can set you up in our own, with a pipeline and appointment booking. That is arranged during onboarding based on the program you are running.

Stage 06

Managed and optimized

Campaigns are managed continuously rather than set and forgotten. Every creative fatigues eventually, so new concepts go in on a schedule to stop your cost per lead drifting upward while nobody is watching. A larger budget supports more creative variations in rotation.

From confirmed payment to a live campaign is 12 to 24 hours, and leads start flowing once spend begins. You will know the window your spend is running in, and updates land in your Partner Desk.

Pricing

Your ad budget, plus 25%.

Every dollar of ad spend goes into the ad account at cost. Our management fee is a flat 25% of that spend, with a $2,000 a month minimum. The percentage never changes as you scale, so your cost per lead improves the more you run, not the other way around.

The minimum is $6,000 in ad spend a month. Budgets are set monthly and multiply by the months you run. Two months means $12,000 in ad spend, not $6,000 stretched across two. Weekly billing is available if you prefer it, and it costs more, because the management fee is charged every week rather than once a month. We price that on a call.

Solo

Solo Program (limited seats)

From $8,000 a month

$6,000 ad spend at cost, plus $2,000 management.

Agency

Agency Program

From $20,000 a month

$16,000 ad spend at cost, plus $4,000 management.

The percentage never changes

$6,000 in ads

$8,000 a month

$16,000 in ads

$20,000 a month

$36,000 in ads

$45,000 a month

$80,000 in ads

$100,000 a month

At every level above the minimum, your all-in cost per lead is your ad cost plus 25%. At our typical $3 to $8 range, that works out to $3.75 to $10 a lead.

Requirements

Two things before you apply

We would rather tell you up front than waste your time on a call. The program only works if both of these are true.

01

Licensed in at least 10 states

Volume needs room to run. When campaigns are confined to one or two states the audience saturates fast and your cost per lead climbs. Ten states or more gives the campaigns the spread to keep leads cheap and consistent week after week.

02

Independent, not captive

This program does not work for captive agents or captive agencies. You need the freedom to write what comes in without being locked to a single carrier’s products. If you are captive, this is not the right fit and we will say so.

Not sure whether you qualify? Apply anyway and we will tell you straight.

Payment

How payment works

Zelle, Apple Pay and wire transfer are available from day one. Credit and debit cards open up after your first four months. Payment details are sent to you directly once your application is approved.

Zelle

Available from day one. Sent straight from your bank with no processing delay.

Apple Pay

Available from day one, if that is simply the faster option for you.

Wire transfer

Available from day one. Usually the choice for larger monthly budgets.

Credit and debit

Opens up after your first four months with us.

Why cards wait four months

The reason is simple. The moment your payment clears, that money goes into ad accounts and starts getting spent, usually within hours. It is not sitting in a holding account waiting. If a card payment is reversed weeks later, the inquiries have already been generated and delivered, and we absorb the entire loss on work that was done exactly as promised.

Campaign management is not a product that can be returned. We control the volume, the exclusivity, and the speed of delivery, and we stand behind all three. What we cannot control is how any given agent works the inquiries once they land. Starting on direct payment keeps that line clean for both of us, and it is a large part of why we can hold management at 25% instead of pricing reversal risk into everyone else’s rate.

After four months there is a track record on both sides, and card payments open up.

After you apply

What the first 24 hours look like.

There is no long onboarding. The application collects everything we need, so nothing has to be chased afterwards.

01

You apply

The form collects everything we need in one pass: your details, your agency, the states you are licensed in, the program you want and the budget you want to start with.

02

Instructions within two hours

We review the application and approved applicants get payment instructions by email and text within two hours of submitting. Zelle or Apple Pay, and that is the whole payment step.

03

Live in 12 to 24 hours

Once payment is confirmed we build the campaign and put it live. From confirmed payment to a live campaign is 12 to 24 hours, and leads start flowing once spend begins.

04

Your sheet arrives

A Google Sheet that belongs to you, filling as the inquiries come in. Sync it into your CRM, or work it exactly as it is. The application asks whether you run a CRM so we know how to set you up, and platform access is arranged during onboarding based on the program you are running.

05

Leads every day you run

Leads land daily for as long as the campaign runs, exclusive to you and never resold. A week of budget typically runs 7 to 12 days depending on how the spend paces, and updates land in your Partner Desk. Stop whenever you want. Your sheet stays live for 24 hours after you stop, and we will extend that by two days if you ask.

That is the whole onboarding. If something needs to work differently for your operation, say so in the application and we will sort it before you pay anything.

Questions

Straight answers

Yes. Every lead goes to exactly one agent or agency. We never resell them, recycle them, or share them with anyone else.

No. If you are licensed in 10 or more states we are glad to work with you. What we limit is how much volume we generate in a state. Once a market is producing more than it can absorb we stop adding volume there rather than let partners compete over the same prospects.

From confirmed payment to your campaign going live takes 12 to 24 hours. Once the campaign is live and the spend begins, leads start flowing, so most agents are working their first leads within a day.

Every lead lands on a Google Sheet that belongs to you, filled as the inquiries come in. That is standard on every program. If you already run a CRM you can sync that sheet straight into it and work your inquiries where your team already works. If you would rather work them in a platform, we can set you up in our own, with a pipeline, appointment booking and a clear view of where every lead came from. That is arranged during onboarding based on the program you are running, and the application asks whether you use a CRM so we know how to plan it.

They stay yours. Your Google Sheet is live for as long as your program is running, and access ends 24 hours after you stop, so download it before you pause and you will have every lead on file permanently. If you need more time to move everything across, reach out and we will extend you another two days. Access closes because the sheet is tied to a live campaign that is no longer running, not to hold anything back from you.

At least 10. A campaign confined to one or two states saturates its audience quickly and your cost per lead climbs. Ten or more gives the campaigns the room to keep leads cheap and consistent.

Most states are open. We do not limit how many partners we take on, we limit how much volume we run in a state. Once a state is producing more than it can absorb we stop adding volume there rather than let partners compete over the same prospects. Tell us your states on the application and we will confirm what is open.

Your ad budget plus 25%. Ad spend goes into the account at cost with a $6,000 a month minimum, and management is 25% of that spend with a $2,000 a month minimum. Budgets are monthly and multiply by the months you run. Weekly billing is available if you prefer it, and it costs more because the management fee is charged every week rather than once a month, so we price it on a call.

No. The program only works for independent agents and agencies who are free to write across carriers.

Yes, and they are two different programs. FEX Leads is exclusive final expense leads, priced on your ad spend and billed monthly, or weekly if you prefer. The Medicare Authority Program is a build rather than a lead product: we make one agency per state the name their market finds in search and in AI answers. Plenty of partners run both, and they are quoted separately.

Regularly. Final expense and IUL reach the same households, so the same inquiries often turn into IUL conversations. If you want a campaign built specifically for IUL we will scope one with you, but it is the same market with a different label on the ad and it costs more to run, so most partners are better served putting the full budget into final expense and writing the IUL business that comes with it. Annuity and term life work the same way. If you want any of the three scoped, book a conversation.
