One agency per state. Own Medicare search where you sell.
We select one Medicare agency in each state and build the organic presence that makes them the obvious answer when a senior searches, or asks an AI assistant, for help. Fifty partners nationwide. When your state is taken, it is taken.
Total partners nationwide
Per state. Exclusive territory
Competing agencies in your market
One agency per state, fifty partners nationwide. Map is illustrative. Ask us to confirm whether your state is open.
You already know this is true.
AEP ends in December. By January, the phone stops ringing.
You spend nine months cold calling, buying leads, and grinding for appointments that go nowhere.
The list vendors sell the same list to you and twelve other agents in your ZIP code.
A senior Googles your agency name and finds nothing. Or worse, a competitor.
Your website looks like it was built in 2016, because it was.
Every new client costs a phone call you personally made. Nothing compounds.
That is a Medicare agency without an inbound engine. And search itself just changed. Seniors and their adult children now ask ChatGPT and Google AI who to call. Invisible in search means invisible in AI answers.
Today, and what should happen instead.
What they find today
What should happen
Left is the reality today. Right is what ninety days of compliant SEO and AEO produces across Google, the map pack, and AI answers.
What doing nothing actually costs.
Take a state generating around 200 organic Medicare searches a day, where you rank nowhere.
Potential visitors a month you never see
Searchers per AEP season choosing someone else
First-year commissions a year going to competitors ranking above you
The part that should keep you up at night: while you wait, a competitor builds this and takes that traffic permanently. SEO compounds. The agency that starts first wins, and the agency that waits fights uphill forever.
Illustrative scenario based on a state generating roughly 200 organic Medicare searches per day. Search volume, ranking outcomes and commission values vary by state, competition, carrier and FMO. These figures are arithmetic used to size the opportunity, not a forecast and not a guarantee of results.
Medicare SEO is not normal SEO.
Most SEO vendors do not know these rules exist. Every page we build is designed around them.
CMS marketing rules
Pages discussing plan benefits, premiums, or steering may require FMO or carrier compliance review before publishing.
TPMO requirements
Lead-generating sites need TPMO disclaimers, call recording, and lead documentation. Built in from day one.
Google YMYL standards
Medicare is Your Money or Your Life content. Expert authorship, citations and freshness, or it will not rank.
Call recording mandates
CMS requires recorded beneficiary calls. Pages that generate calls must route to a compliant call system.
Lead form compliance
TCPA consent language, privacy policy, opt-out, no pre-checked boxes, and timestamped consent records.
Annual content refresh
Plan data changes every year. Content is reviewed before each AEP, or it becomes a liability.
This is not a list we Googled. It is the regulatory framework every page is built around. If your vendor cannot explain these, they should not touch your site.
The line between safe and dangerous.
Generic vendors produce the left column. We build only the right.

Four builds. $31,500 in value.
This is not a template. Every site is custom built for your agency, your state, and your compliance requirements. Everything we build is yours.
Complete website revamp
Your current website is costing you clients. We rebuild it as a Medicare-focused campaign management platform.
- Custom homepage. Trust, authority, one clear action.
- About page rebuilt for E-E-A-T. Bios, credentials, carriers.
- Medicare education hub. The authority page for your state.
- State landing page with county context and CTAs.
- FAQ section with schema for rich results.
- Core Web Vitals, mobile, crawlability, sitemap, SSL.
SEO and AEO content engine
Content that ranks in Google, gets cited by AI assistants, and positions you as your state’s Medicare authority.
- 10 to 15 educational articles, $500 to $750 each.
- Medicare glossary, 20+ terms. $2,500 value.
- Enrollment timeline hub. IEP, AEP, OEP, SEP. $750 value.
- Neutral comparison guides, $750 each.
- Appointment prep content, $500 each.
- AEO structuring so ChatGPT and Google AI cite you.
Local SEO domination
When a senior in any county in your state searches for Medicare help, your agency shows up, not an aggregator.
- 8 to 12 county and city pages, $350 to $500 each.
- Google Business Profile plan. $1,000 value.
- LocalBusiness and Service schema. Map pack eligibility.
- NAP consistency audit across 40+ directories.
- Unique local content. Never cloned city pages.
Conversion and compliance architecture
Traffic without conversion is a vanity metric. Compliance is not an add-on, it is built into every form, disclaimer and CTA.
- TCPA-compliant lead forms. $1,000 value.
- Booking CTA system. Every page drives one action.
- TPMO and independence disclosures, reviewed for your FMO.
- GA4, call tracking, form tracking, dashboard. $1,500 value.
- 90-day reporting on rankings, traffic, calls, conversions.
The math that makes this a yes.
CMS 2026 maximum first-year commission per enrollee, most states
Covers the entire build from first-year commissions alone
Renewal commission per client, every year they stay on your book
Then the renewals start, and that is where this stops looking like a project cost. Every client stays on your book at $347 a year.
A year in renewals at 100 clients
A year in renewals at 250 clients
A year in renewals at 500 clients
Commission figures are CMS 2026 maximums and actual payouts vary by carrier and FMO. The renewal figures above are arithmetic at $347 per client per year, shown to illustrate how a book compounds. They are not a projection of your results and not a guarantee that any particular number of clients will be produced.
Own one state, or lock several.
We partner with one Medicare agency per state. Your agency is the only partner we serve there, and we do not work with your competitors. Your exclusivity holds for as long as you are an active partner. If you exit, your state opens to the next agency on the waitlist.
Licensed in more than one state? Every additional state you lock is a market your competitors cannot touch, and the economics improve with scale.

Before you book a call.
What exactly am I buying?
A complete Medicare SEO and AEO build for your agency. That is the website revamp, the content engine, local SEO across your counties, and the conversion and compliance layer underneath it. You own everything we build.
How is this different from buying leads?
Leads are rented, and shared. This is an asset you own. Once your pages rank, the traffic keeps arriving without a cost per lead attached to it, and it compounds year over year instead of stopping the moment you stop paying.
How many agencies do you take per state?
One. Fifty partners nationwide, one per state, and we do not work with your competitors in that market. Your exclusivity holds for as long as you are an active partner. If you exit, your state opens to the next agency on the waitlist.
How long before I see results?
The build runs fourteen weeks to launch, then the 90-day sprint begins. SEO compounds, so the curve starts slow and steepens as authority builds. Anyone promising you rankings in thirty days is selling something else.
Is this compliant?
Compliance is designed in, not bolted on afterwards. Every page is built around CMS marketing rules, TPMO requirements, call recording obligations, and TCPA lead form standards, and there is a compliance review with your FMO in the first two weeks and a QA pass before launch.
What does it cost?
$12,500 for a single state, plus a $497 monthly retainer after the white-glove period. Three states is $29,500 and five is $45,000, both discounted against single builds. Payment is 50% to start and 50% before launch. Ten or more states is priced with you.
What if I am licensed in several states?
Each state is a separate build, and the bundles are discounted for that reason. Locking several states early is the cheapest way to keep competitors out of markets you plan to grow into later, because once a state is taken it stays taken.
Do I own the site if we stop working together?
Yes. The site, the content, the schema and the tracking are all yours. Every phase has named deliverables you can hold us to, and nothing we build is held hostage to the retainer.
Let's lock it.
Fifty spots. One per state. When yours is filled, it is filled. Book a conversation and we will tell you straight away whether your state is still available.
